Tree Health Assessment

In-depth inspection of tree(s) of concern to determine any pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies. Assessment includes soil and foliar analysis by a third party laboratory.

Tree Risk Assessment

Inspection of tree(s) to evaluate associated risk. An inspection report is drafted combining likelihood of failure, likelihood of impact, and consequences of failure to determine a level of risk, as well as risk mitigation options.

Pre/Post Construction Consultation

Mitigation of potential damage caused to trees during construction operations. Options include viability of preservation, tree protection zone establishment, site plan review, and landscape design review.

Tree Inventory Management

Creating or updating an existing tree inventory helps to prioritize work and monitor canopy health. This service is useful for municipalities or properties with many high-value trees. We use GNSS devices to ensure sub-meter accuracy for any marked tree location.

Advanced Assessments

Use of advanced tools and techniques to assess areas of decay, canopy defects, or root zone damage. Methods include but are not limited to: sonic tomography, canopy inspection (manned or UAV), resistance drilling, or pneumatic excavation.

Tree Appraisal

Determining values of trees using the Council of Tree and Landscape Appraisers guidelines. Use cases include wrongful removal, property damage, and insurance claims.

Tree Inventory Management

Tree inventories allow tree owners/managers such as municipalities and HOAs prioritize work and keep residents safe.

Utilizing a tree inventory when planning major projects allows tree owners and managers to plan accordingly to minimize costs and impacts to trees.

Tree inventories can also be used to apply for environmental grants related to canopy size, or grants pertaining to tree planting by mapping potential planting sites within an area.

What Our Clients Say

Tyler,

I had the best time listening to you educate me about trees! I love learning new information and I truly hope we can work together on further projects as I have a lot more to learn! Your approach to the process was great and I appreciate the fact that you did not make me feel incompetent…..only laughed along with me! It was truly my pleasure!
